These Bible meditations are examples of the guided meditations I used each week during the Scripture Courses I taught. I invite you to listen to the samples below of prayerful guided meditations and examples of Bible prayer accompanied by specially commissioned soothing background music. When the guided meditation commences, in order to reduce distractions, I invite you to close your eyes and keep your back upright and both legs on the ground! Don't just listen, please pray with me!
