Sin is a poison that kills the soul. In the Sacrament of Reconciliation it is best to tell everything. Do not be like the man who said in confession, “Father, I have stolen a rope.” He neglected to say that there was a cow at the end of the rope! The more detail you tell, the more you will be healed. The more penance you do, the more the effect of sin will go.
